Speaker Profile: Anne Kaoma Sibanda

Anne Kaoma-Sibanda is a transformational leader in tourism, hospitality, and human capital development. As Executive Director of the Zambia Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Studies (ZITHS), she drives organizational transformation, operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth in tourism and hospitality education in Zambia. She is recognized for aligning strategy with performance, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and advancing human capital development as a key driver of institutional success. Her career spans leadership roles in tourism, hospitality, and organizational development, beginning with Emanuel DaCosta Coaching Services in Hamilton, Canada. Anne is a member of the Institute of Directors. Her qualifications include, a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Psychology from Redeemer University, Canada and an MBA from University of Liverpool. Outside work, Anne is a mother of three and enjoys a long-distance runner and cycling.
