_{Dr Stephen Mwansa is a Zambian citizen, born 19th April 1958 in Lusaka, Zambia. He is a well-networked, skilled negotiator and excellent corporate ambassador, securing corporate image and productive partnerships both Public and Private sector. He has a proven track record of increasing organizational performance mainly through identifying, planning and implementing strategies; staff and client training in leadership and customer service; prioritizing and streamlining services; and executing objectives from conception to completion with budget limitations and strict deadlines, both at management and Board levels, in both private and public sectors. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences, University of Zambia. Master of Business Administration (International), Edith Cowan University, Perth Australia. Doctor of Business Administration, Binary University (Malaysia). Has also attended courses in Strategic Management, Creative Speech Writing, Board Risk Management, Innovation Policy Management, Strategy Execution with Strategy Maps and Balanced Scorecard, and Safety in Pesticide Management. Work Experience: Dr Stephen Mwansa has had 10-year public service top level management experience from December 2011 to December 2021, having served as Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Republican Vice President, and sector Ministries of Commerce Trade and Industry; Information and Broadcasting Services; and Tourism and Arts. Through Board management and leadership, he has 30 years’ experience in agribusiness including farmer training, crop and livestock farming, motor trade, real estate, events promotion, agro-processing, horticultural exports and change management facilitation. He also served for 30 months as Service Level Consultant with the Tourism Council of Zambia. He currently serves on the Boards of the North Luangwa Management Board (through Frankfurt Zoological Society), Mangolezya Safaris and Camps, and the Conservation Lower Zambezi, with consultancy work above all these including new Service Level Consultancy with the Union Gold Group, proprietors of Protea Hotels.}
