Nachilala Nkombo is an award-winning executive with 20+ years of global and national experience leading multi-country portfolios for social impact and sustainability across Sub-Saharan Africa markets(Malawi, Mali Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Senegal Zambia and Zimbabwe). Her work has spanned across economic policy, enterprise development, conservation finance, climate policy, and institutional governance.

She is the Founder of Women Leaders for Climate Action and former CEO For WWF Zambia and Global WWF Executive team member, Action Aid Denmark and Director for ONE Africa. Board Chair for ZSIC Pension Fund, ZAMTEL board, & Former Board Chair for LUWSI and Mulonga Water and Sewerage Company. Her key strengths include setting portfolio strategy, advising policy makers, CEOs and boards, translating complex impact data into compelling narratives for investors, and building high-performing teams. To deliver impact, she combine entrepreneurial drive with rigorous, values-led leadership. Nachilala Nkombo holds a Public Policy Masters Degree from the University of Potsdam in Germany and a degree in Economics from UNZA.
